LegMatch / For operators

Your fleet, your rules, your prices.

You decide how price and flight minutes are calculated. LegMatch prices every request that way – and brokers see your aircraft with a finished price in their search results.

Fleet

List your aircraft with all the details.

  • Registration, type, category, seats and cruise speed
  • Exterior and cabin photos
  • Home base and current position – LegMatch uses them to calculate positioning
  • Every aircraft is approved before it goes live

Pricing and flight-time key

See exactly how every minute adds up.

Each operator sets the calculation in its own settings. LegMatch applies it to every request, including positioning to the departure airport.

Flight time

Climb and approach allowance

Default: +10 minutes per flight. You set the value yourself.

Routing

Routing factor

Default: about +10% on the direct distance for actual routing. Adjustable per operator.

Price

Hourly rate & surcharges

Your hourly rate per aircraft, plus optional surcharges such as peak season, de-icing, catering or an express slot.

Range

Fuel stop instead of no

If a route is beyond range, your aircraft stays in the search with a price and a fuel stop.

Availability

Blocked means blocked.

  • Enter maintenance / AOG, owner blocks and crew rest straight into the calendar
  • Booked flights appear automatically
  • Blocked days never show up in a search
  • Remaining flight duty period (EASA FDP) and readiness in the overview

Booking & contract

From confirmation to empty leg.

Confirm the request

Your confirmation also counts as your signature on the charter agreement.

Your own contract terms

You set your terms and attach your T&Cs by default. Addresses come from both parties’ accounts.

Flight brief

After booking, you give the broker your own flight briefing under your name.

Automatic empty legs

A one-way booking creates the matching empty leg back to base – dated the following day and visible to brokers straight away.

Ops Desk

Request handling without leaving the app.

The Ops Desk sends handling requests straight from the app. Operators maintain the handling directory together – with star ratings visible to brokers and operators.
