Frequently asked questions
Who is LegMatch for?
For charter operators and airlines marketing their aircraft, and for brokers sourcing charter flights for their clients.
Who is behind LegMatch?
LegMatch is a product of Just In Time Aviation GmbH & Co. KG. We operate charter flights ourselves and we broker them – so we know both sides.
Who gets access?
Verified companies only. Every organisation and every newly invited member is approved before getting access.
How is the price calculated?
Each operator defines in its settings how price and flight time are calculated. LegMatch applies that key to every request automatically – including positioning to the departure airport.
How is the flight time calculated?
By default with +10 minutes for climb and approach and about +10% for routing. Each operator can adjust both values and sees how its minutes add up.
Is there a commission per booking?
No. You pay one flat annual fee; at launch, the first year is free with a voucher.
What if a route is beyond an aircraft’s range?
The aircraft stays in the search – with a price and a fuel stop.
How does a booking work?
The operator confirms the request, then the broker signs the charter agreement digitally. The operator then provides the flight briefing.
Can I use my own T&Cs as an operator?
Yes. You set your own contract terms and attach your T&Cs to every contract by default.
Does my client see prices in the flight brief?
No. The flight brief contains airline, route and aircraft only and can be forwarded to the end client without prices.
What happens to passenger data?
It is stored encrypted only and deleted from the database automatically after 90 days.
Can several colleagues use one account?
Everyone gets their own account within your organisation. The owner invites members and assigns rights.
